Transformers 3: Unicron to Appear?

The Tranformers fan community is alive with speculation at the moment as to who will be in the third (and possibly final) Transformers live action movie. The big rumour is that Unicron will feature as the main villain, reflecting events in the original 1986 Transformers animated movie.

That would also give rise to Megatron becoming Galvatron, Optimus Prime dying and being succeeded by Rodimus prime and so on. The scope for the third film to feature these elements is amazing, and fans are desperate for a look at a movie version of the world-devouring Unicron.

While many people had issues with Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, it was still a huge success and the third film is already being prepped and written. Michael Bay is said to be returning as director, and stars Megan Fox and Shia LaBeouf are also coming back for this next installment.

Another rumour regarding this film is that a section of it will be taking place on Cybertron itself, with all of the Transformers in existence banding together against the might of Unicron. We'll bring you the latest news as we have it!
